SHOW WHAT CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW
A homeowner wants to understand what you do, how you work and who will show up. Build a video around those questions instead of trying to say everything at once.
WHAT WE CAN FILM
Introduce your team, explain a service, walk through a project or answer common customer questions. Film real work and details that help people understand your approach.
FROM PLAN TO FINISHED VIDEO
We agree on the story, shoot location, video formats, editing scope and delivery schedule before filming. Plan access and customer permission for any occupied property or job site.
CONTENT YOU CAN USE
Discuss website video, vertical social clips and ad versions. Deliverables, revisions and usage needs belong in your project scope.
CRAFT EXAMPLES
The real-estate videos here show T3 filming and editing. They are not home-service case studies or evidence of advertising results.
REAL-ESTATE VIDEO • Agent-led property content. A finished T3 Productions example.
REAL-ESTATE AREA SPOTLIGHT • A longer story featuring agent Britt Sims. Filming and editing by T3 Productions.
PRODUCTION. THEN A PLAN TO USE IT.
I’m Tyler Toliver, the filmmaker behind T3 Productions in Nokesville, Virginia. I work with home-service businesses across Prince William, Loudoun and Fairfax counties.
Do I need ad management?
No. You can book production and use the finished content on your own website and social channels. Optional ad setup and ongoing campaign management can be scoped separately.
How does ad support work?
Before launch, we agree on your audience, offer, campaign responsibilities and budget. Ad spend and management fees should be clear in the proposal. Campaign performance depends on the offer, targeting, budget and follow-up; no lead or revenue outcome is promised.
What affects the project price?
Locations, shoot time, the number and format of edits, revisions and ongoing support. Share your goal first so we can propose an appropriate scope.
What should I send?
Your business name and what you want the video to help accomplish. A website link is welcome in your message, but you do not need a finished script.
